Use On-Air to quickly publish a branded event page with RSVP, host details, reminders, and a direct join flow into your Theater. Create the On-Air Event Open On-Air and click Create New Event. On-Air lets you customize how your event appears before and during the event, including branding, visuals, copy, and URL, so each event feels polished and ready to share. Customize Visuals and Branding Open the event and click Edit. Choose a background color from the color picker. Optionally add a hero image from the photo button in the right toolbar. Roam automatically sends email and SMS reminders for invited guests on your On-Air event. By default, On-Air sends reminders 1 day, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before the event start time, but they can be configured or disabled. Configure or Disable On-Air Reminders Open the On-Air event.
