Use On-Air to quickly publish a branded event page with RSVP, host details, reminders, and a direct join flow into your Theater. Create the On-Air Event Open On-Air and click Create New Event. Enter an Event Title and (optional) Event Description. Click Event Date and set the start, end, and time zone. To repeat the event on a schedule, you can create a recurring On-Air event. Choose a Theater from Select a Theater. Add hosts. Click the arrow button in the right toolbar to save and publish. Create On-Air

On-Air events can repeat on a schedule, so you can run a series, like a weekly webinar or a monthly briefing, from a single event page. Note: Recurring schedules are available for virtual events only. An in-person event cannot repeat. Set Up the Recurrence Create your On-Air event and click Event Date to set the start, end, and time zone. In the date picker, choose how often the event repeats: Do Not Repeat (a single event). On-Air lets you customize how your event appears before and during the event, including branding, visuals, copy, and URL, so each event feels polished and ready to share. Customize Visuals and Branding Open the event and click Edit. Choose a background color from the color picker. Optionally add a hero image from the photo button in the right toolbar. Search for a Roam member, or enter a name and image for a non-member. Click Add Host. Note: On-Air supports up to 6 hosts on the event page. For a recurring On-Air event, you can adjust or remove individual dates without changing the rest of the series. Open All Dates Open the recurring On-Air event. Click View All Dates (or click Edit, then choose Manage Dates). Review the list of every date. Rescheduled dates show a Retimed badge, canceled dates show a Canceled badge, and past dates are dimmed.
