Use On-Air to quickly publish a branded event page with RSVP, host details, reminders, and a direct join flow into your Theater. Create the On-Air Event Open On-Air and click Create New Event. Roam automatically sends email and SMS reminders for invited guests on your On-Air event. By default, On-Air sends reminders 1 day, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before the event start time, but they can be configured or disabled. Configure or Disable On-Air Reminders Open the On-Air event. Click Edit. Click Settings. Update reminder times, add/remove reminder offsets, or disable email/SMS reminders. Save your changes. Note: Reminder updates affect future reminder sends for the event.

When an On-Air event is created, a dedicated chat group is created automatically in AInbox. Hosts can use this chat group to coordinate internally before, during, and after the event. The event chat group starts with the event creator and all event hosts. If additional hosts are added to the On-Air event, they will automatically be added as members of the chat group. Additional Roam members can be manually added or removed from the chat group as needed. Note: Only Roam members added as hosts will be added
