Invite guests to an On-Air event

Invite guests to your On-Air event by email, with optional name and phone number for reminder texts and event communication.

Share the Event URL

You can invite guests by sharing your On-Air event URL in existing marketing channels, emails, and social media. Guests can open the event page and RSVP directly with a streamlined registration experience.

1. Open the On-Air event.
2. Copy the event URL from the event header.

Invite Guests Manually

1. Open an On-Air event.
2. Click Invite Guests.
3. Enter their email and optional name/phone.
4. Click Add Guest, then repeat as needed.
5. Optionally, add a custom message.
6. Choose who the invite appears to come from (either yourself, or one of the event hosts).
7. Click Send Invite.

Bulk Add Guests

1. Open an On-Air event.
2. Click Invite Guests and select Bulk Add.
3. Enter or paste guest rows (one per line), then click Add.
4. Review skipped/invalid rows and fix them.
5. Click Send Invites.
