Scheduling Settings
Set buffer times, minimum notice times and daily limits. Give yourself breaks and notice. Tailor your availability precisely how you want it, Lobby by Lobby.
Drop-In Meetings
When you go to buy a pair of $150 sneakers, a sales rep greets you at the shoe store. But, when you want to purchase a $50k piece of software, you have to fill out a form and wait for someone to call you back. Why?
Not anymore. If you enable “Drop-In” on a Lobby, Roam automatically detects when you’re available and able to meet. Your guest can simply click Drop-In on your Lobby and you’ll be meeting instantly.
Different Lobbies for Different Use Cases
For a VIP, maybe you’ll want to offer complete scheduling availability. For others, perhaps a narrow time window in the morning. For some, you may want to offer a 15 minute meeting. For others, a 1 hour meeting. Perhaps you need to have 3 others in the meeting, so you add multiple hosts. Perhaps you need to add 1 of 3 specific people on a call, so you Round Robin.

Round Robin Hosts
Maybe you just need one of a certain group of people to be available for a meeting, like a support call. Simply add all of your Support Agents as Round Robin hosts, and their pooled availability is presented for your guest to select.
