To schedule a Theater presentation, set up a calendar event in Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar or create a Roam meeting link in Settings > Links. Roam offices two ways to indicate that you will be out of office—Will Return Today and Out of Roam. Will Return Today Will Return Today is perfect for when you briefly need to leave Roam but plan to come back the same day. Click Exit and select Will Return Today. Optionally select or enter a reason for your absence, such as Out to Lunch or In-Person Meeting. Choose your Return Time. Click Save & Exit. A clock icon will appear in your Private Office showing colleagues when to expect your return. If you r
