Send On-Air blasts via email/SMS

Blasts let event hosts send targeted messages to selected guests by email and SMS.

Send a Blast

1. Open an On-Air event.
2. Click Blast.
3. Choose recipient filters.
4. Enter your message.
5. Click Send.

Recipient Filters

Before or during the event, filters are RSVP-based:

• Going
• Maybe
• Invited
• Not Going

After the event ends, filters switch to attendance-based:

• Attended
• Did Not Attend

Blast Examples

• Send a blast before the event to the list of Going and Maybe attendees to let them know you are excited for their attendance.
• Send a blast to Attended guests after the event to thank them for coming.
• Send a blast to Did Not Attend guests after the event with a link to the event video recording.
