Track RSVPs and manage the guest list

Use the Guest List to monitor RSVP responses, update statuses, remove guests, and export attendance data from one place.

Open the Guest List

  1. Open an On-Air event.
  2. Click Guest List in the right toolbar.
  3. Search, filter, and sort the guests.

Update or Remove Guests

  • Change RSVP status from the guest status dropdown.
  • Remove a guest from the overflow menu.

Before vs After Event

Before the event starts, the guest list is based on invited guests and RSVP statuses. After the event ends, the guest list switches to attendee reporting, including Attended and Did Not Attend views.

Export On-Air Guest List as CSV

Use the download button in Guest List to export a CSV report with RSVP and attendance fields.
