Customize your On-Air event page

On-Air lets you customize how your event appears before and during the event, including branding, visuals, copy, and URL, so each event feels polished and ready to share.

Customize Visuals and Branding

1. Open the event and click Edit.
2. Choose a background color from the color picker.
3. Optionally add a hero image from the photo button in the right toolbar.
4. Use Add Logo to show or hide logo branding.
5. Use Change Logo to upload a custom logo, or Use Default Logo to reset.

Update Event Details

1. Edit Event Title and Event Description.
2. Update Event Date and time zone as needed.
3. Update the location based on event type:
   • Virtual events use a Theater.
   • In-person events use a physical address.

Customize the Event URL

1. From the event view header, click the pencil icon next to the link.
2. Enter a new URL slug and press Enter (or click the check icon).
3. Use the copy button to share the event link.

Important: If you change the event URL, the prior URL will stop working and will NOT redirect to the new URL.
