And we’re going to just keep adding new features into one single plan for all members as we build your Virtual Office Super Bundle.
- Usage-based pricing. You pay only for active users in a month, defined as logged in. Add as many new members as you like to Roam. If people don’t use Roam that month, you don’t pay.
- Guests are free of charge. Host meetings with guests in your Virtual HQ. They can join free and don’t count as active members.
- 14 Day Trial for any new member. Even after your company’s free trial, any new member you add gets a 14 day trial of Roam. If they aren’t active after their first 14 days, you’re never billed for them.
- Monthly Billing. Better for your cash flow to pay at the end of each month instead of upfront for the year.
- No discounts. Everyone pays the same price. No exceptions. You don’t have to think about whether someone got a better price than you.
- No high pressure sales or upsells. We’re not investing heavily in Sales and Marketing, which keeps your prices low.
- Office of the Future for one low monthly price. There’s only one package and it includes all the features we have today and all the features we’re planning. As we add new things, you’ll keep paying the one monthly price per member.
- One published monthly rate per year, in December, with this upcoming year’s monthly price and the following year’s monthly price published at the same time.
