Create an On-Air event

Use On-Air to quickly publish a branded event page with RSVP, host details, reminders, and a direct join flow into your Theater.

Create the On-Air Event

  1. Open On-Air and click Create New Event.
  2. Enter an Event Title and (optional) Event Description.
  3. Click Event Date and set the start, end, and time zone.
  4. Choose a Theater from Select a Theater.
  5. Add hosts.
  6. Click the arrow button in the right toolbar to save and publish.

On-Air Requirements

  • Your company must have a Company Lobby link configured.
  • You need a Theater room available on a floor in your Roam.
  • Event title, date/time, and Theater selection are required.

Important: On first save, On-Air prompts for a Calendar Event Organizer. Guests and invitees receive the calendar invite and updates from that person. The calendar event organization can NOT be changed once set.
