Closed captions help everyone follow along with what’s being said, especially in noisy or quiet environments. When in a Meeting Room, Theater, or Game Room, click the Chat button in the bottom toolbar to open the ephemeral Meeting Chat. Unlike chats in AInbox, this is a temporary space for meeting participants to have quick conversations, post images, and share links. Choose a preset or custom sound to play when you enter or exit meetings and On Stage in the Theater—your entrance and exit tones. Set Your Entrance and Exit Tones Go to Settings > \[Your Name]. Select a preset Meeting Entrance/Exit Tone, or choose Custom to upload your own. Uploaded audio files must be no longer than 3 seconds. Disabling Entrance and Exit Tones Roam admins can disable entrance and exit tones in Settings > Roam Administration > \[Roam Name] > Meeting Entrance and Exit Tones. Individuals
