From 2014 until 2021 Howard served as Founder & Chairman of Confide, a confidential messenger used by millions and sold to IAC in 2021. In 2002, Howard served as Founder & COO of Intwine until its sale in 2005. While in college, Howard founded and sold JustATip.com.
Howard holds a degree in history from Duke University and attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, along with Tom and Sean.

Brent currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Beauty Health Company, a director of ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Arena AI, and as a board advisor to Nextech. He is also on the Executive Committee of Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Harry D. Moseley is a (Senior) Advisor to the Deutsche Börse, Replicant, Schelllman, Security Scorecard, Stripes and Journey, a Board Advisor to Arrangr, Bite Investments and Roam, a Board Member of Rewards Network, and a member of Baypine’s Digital Advisory Board.
He has almost five decades of experience in technology, having held several senior leadership positions: Global CIO for Zoom Video Communications; CIO for KPMG US; CIO and Partner at Blackstone; CIO of Global Investment Banking/Co-CIO for Credit Suisse First Boston, and CTO for UBS Americas.
He is originally from Dublin, Ireland, and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics.
