On-Air is Roam’s modern event experience for hosted, branded, high-attendance sessions. It combines a shareable event page, RSVP tracking, host controls, guest communication, and either direct Theater entry for virtual events or physical location details for in-person events.

On-Air Workflow

1. Create an event and assign a Theater.
2. Customize event branding and event page details.
3. Add hosts.
4. Invite guests and collect RSVPs.
5. Run the event and communicate with guests. For in-person events, mark guests attended from the Guest List as they arrive.
6. Review attendance and export guest data.
