Add and manage On-Air hosts

Hosts appear on the event page and help guests quickly understand who is running the event.

Add a Host

1. Open the event editor.
2. Click Add Host to RSVP Page.
3. Search for a Roam member, or enter a name and image for a non-member.
4. Click Add Host.

Note: On-Air supports up to 6 hosts on the event page.

Reorder & Remove Hosts

• Drag and drop host avatars to change display order.
• Open the host menu on the avatar and remove the host.
