View Magic Minutes for meetings

Once a meeting concludes, Magic Minutes automatically creates a chat group in AInbox that contains the transcript of the meeting and key points and action items.

You can find all of your Magic Minutes Meetings by choosing the Meetings dropdown in AInbox.

Note: You can prompt across all of your meetings recorded with Magic Minutes using your On-It assistant.

Meeting Transcript

From the meeting group, click the download icon in the top right to download or copy the meeting transcript.

Magic Minutes Timeline

From the top of the meeting group (or the Download button), click to open the Magic Minutes Timeline.

• Visual Timeline: Once a meeting ends, instantly view and navigate through the meeting’s flow with a chat-style transcript and visual timeline.
• Smart Chapters: Get automatically-named chapters that let you skip directly to key sections of your meeting transcript.
• Hover Summaries: Hover over chapter titles in the timeline for quick, summarized insights.
• Speaking Stats: View the percentage of time each participant spoke in the meeting.
