Share Magic Minutes transcript, summary, and timeline
Magic Minutes can be easily shared with anyone with a link. The transcript, summary, and timeline are accessible in any web browser to anyone who has the link and, if required, its password.
- Click the Recordings button in the bottom toolbar.
- From the meetings list, or after opening a meeting, click the link icon to open the Share Link menu.
- Optionally enable Require Password and enter a password.
- Copy the share link. If you added a password, send it to the people who need access.
Admins can require passwords for all new share links in Settings > Roam Administration > Compliance > Require Passwords for Share Links.
