Magic Minutes Templates lets you customize the structure, tone, and content to tailor output of Magic Minutes based on the meeting type, so your summaries match the intended outcome.

Create templates for meeting types such as:

• Sales Meetings (Pipeline, Objections, Next Steps)
• All Hands (Announcements, Metrics, Decisions)
• Standups (Blockers, Progress, Deployments)
• Customer Calls (Health, Risks, Expansion Signals)
• Board Meetings (KPIs, Decisions, Strategic Risks)

You can choose Meeting Templates before the meeting happens in Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Roam Lobby.

Choose Magic Minutes Template from Google Calendar

1. Click the Roam icon on the far right of the Event page.
2. Choose the Magic Minutes Template.
3. Save the event.

Choose Magic Minutes Template from Outlook Calendar

1. Click Roam > Configure Meeting from the toolbar.
   • If you don’t see the Roam menu, click ⋯ and then Roam.
2. Choose the Magic Minutes Template.
3. Save the event.

Choose Magic Minutes Template from Roam Lobby

1. Click your Lobby in the top right of the Floor Map.
   • If your Floor Map doesn’t show a Lobby card on the right, click the Lobby button in the top toolbar.
2. Choose your Lobby to customize.
3. Click Magic Minutes and choose your Magic Minutes Template.

1. After a meeting, open the Magic Minutes Meeting Timeline from the meeting group.
2. At the bottom of the Summary, you can choose your Magic Minutes Template.
