Record your all-hands meetings and Magic Minutes archive so that those who couldn’t attend can watch later or prompt @MagicMinutes about the transcript.

How to Record a Theater Event

To record a video of the Theater event, from Backstage or On Stage, click More > Record Video. This will include Magic Minutes.

Important: Starting Magic Minutes on its own does NOT include video.

The video recording captures the event from the perspective of an audience member. This will also include Magic Minutes, and only On Stage and Q&A Microphone audio is transcribed for Magic Minutes.

Accessing the Recording

Once the meeting is complete, the video recording will be accessible from the Recordings button in the bottom toolbar.
