Meeting entrance and exit tones

Choose a preset or custom sound to play when you enter or exit meetings and On Stage in the Theater—your entrance and exit tones.

Set Your Entrance and Exit Tones

1. Go to Settings > [Your Name].
2. Select a preset Meeting Entrance/Exit Tone, or choose Custom to upload your own.

Uploaded audio files must be no longer than 3 seconds.

Disabling Entrance and Exit Tones

• Roam admins can disable entrance and exit tones in Settings > Roam Administration > [Roam Name] > Meeting Entrance and Exit Tones.
• Individuals can disable hearing custom entrance and exit tones from others by going to Settings > Sounds > Override Meeting Entrance & Exit Tones and selecting a preferred theme. To turn them off entirely, choose NONE for both the Meeting Entrance Tone and Meeting Exit Tone.
