Move meetings from other video conferencing providers to Roam

If you have scheduled meetings on your calendar with other video conferencing providers (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams), you can easily move them into Roam.

1. Link your Google or Outlook calendar.
2. Go to Settings > Links > Move Meetings to Roam.
3. Review your upcoming meetings.
4. Click Move Meetings to Roam.

Note: Only meetings where you are the host/organizer will appear and can be moved. For meetings hosted by others, ask the host to move them to Roam.
