When scheduling a meeting in Roam, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you can choose from several access levels to control who can join your meeting via link or phone dial-in.
Anyone can join via link or phone dial-in. Guests who use the meeting link or dial-in during the scheduled time are taken directly into the meeting without needing admission by a member.
Members can join freely. Guests who use the meeting link must be admitted by a member. Anyone dialing in by phone joins the room directly without needing admission by a member.
