Meeting controls while screen sharing

While screen sharing, presenters can access meeting controls by clicking the More button (three dots) on the right side of the screen share controls (the green and red bar). From this menu, you can access:

• Settings
• Report an Issue
• Teleprompter
• Closed Captions
• Save Screenshot
• Invite
• Meeting Chat
• Floor Elevator
• Change Room Access
• Start Video Recording
• Guest Link and other link settings
• Audience (when presenting in a Theater)

You can choose whether this menu is always visible or only appears on hover in Settings > Meetings.
