Adjust the video layout in a meeting room

Meeting Rooms offer multiple layout options:

• Active Speaker automatically pins the primary speaker.
• Gallery displays a grid of equally sized videos.
• Dynamic automatically switches between Active Speaker and Gallery based on the number of participants.

To change the layout, use the controls in the top-right corner of the meeting window.

By default, Roam selects the optimal number of videos per page based on your device’s performance. You can choose how many participant videos to display per page (from 9 up to 49) in Settings > Performance.

Note: Increasing the number of videos per page may impact your computer’s performance.
