Invite people to a meeting

To invite someone to an active meeting:

1. Enter a Meeting Room.
2. Click the Invite button in the bottom toolbar.
3. Choose a suggested person or search by name, email, or phone number.

Copy & Share Meeting Link

You can also copy and share a link to the current meeting.

Guests do not need to be a Roam member or download the Roam desktop app. They can join via their desktop web browser or the Roam mobile apps.

Note: For scheduled meetings, you can create a meeting link and add attendees in advance.
