Threaded chat replies

Threaded replies let you respond directly to a specific message within a group chat so side discussions stay organized. This is especially helpful in lively group chats where topics change quickly. In a group chat, hover over the message you want to reply to and click the Reply button to start or open the thread. You can also simply click on the message to open the thread view.

For large chat groups, consider changing the chat style from Regular to Force Threads, which will encourage threaded replies in the chat group to keep the conversations more organized. You can configure the group settings from either:

• Open the group chat in AInbox, click the three dots in the top right, and click Group Settings.
• Settings > Roam Administration > Groups.
