Pinned chats

Pinning a chat places it at the top of AInbox, making it easier to access high-priority or frequently active conversations.

How to Pin a Chat

1. Open AInbox.
2. Open the chat you want to pin.
3. Click the three dots in the top right, and select Pin Chat.
   • Alternatively, right-click the chat in the list and select Pin Chat.

How to Unpin a Chat

To unpin a chat, follow the same steps but select Unpin Chat instead:

1. Open AInbox.
2. Open the chat you want to unpin.
3. Click the three dots in the top right, and select Unpin Chat.
   • Alternatively, right-click the chat in the list and select Unpin Chat.
