Stories let you share short video or photo updates with your teammates—like celebrating a win, documenting an offsite, or showcasing a new office setup. It’s a fun and engaging way to keep everyone in the loop with moments from your day or special events.

How to Post a Story

To post a story, click the Add Story button in the bottom toolbar. You can upload a video or photo, and then add a caption to give your post context or convey a message. Once published, your story will appear as an icon above your profile picture, allowing colleagues to watch it whenever they like.

You can also post a story directly from your phone using the iOS or Android app. Click on the camera tab to get started.

Viewing Stories

When you see a story icon above someone else’s profile, simply click on it to view what they’ve shared. Stories disappear after a set duration, so they’re ideal for quick updates or casual highlights without cluttering permanent chat or file spaces. All available stories (including those that you posted) can be viewed from the Stories button in the bottom toolbar.

When viewing a story, you can reply or send an emoji reaction to the sender. When viewing your own story, you can see who else has viewed that story as well.
