Status bubbles

Status bubbles let you share a short message with your teammates, such as what you’re working on or a quick update from your day. Your message appears in a thought bubble above your seat in your Private Office on the Floor Map.

Add a Status Bubble

• Go to your own Private Office on the Floor Map.
• Hover over your office and click “What’s happening?” above your seat.
• Type a message of up to 20 characters, including emoji.
• Press Enter to post your message. Press Escape to cancel.

Your status bubble clears automatically after 24 hours.

Edit or Remove a Status Bubble

While you’re in your own Private Office, click your status bubble to edit it. Press Enter to save your changes and start a new 24-hour period. Press Escape or click away to cancel your changes.

To remove your status bubble early, hover over it and click the X.

If you’re leaving Roam and want to let teammates know when you’ll be back, use Will Return Today or Out of Roam.
