Delete a member

When you delete a member, they are removed from your Roam and all of your company’s group chats.

  • If they still have access to their company email, they can continue using their Roam account, including direct messages. We recommend revoking their company email access to fully restrict entry.
  • If the member is external (i.e., their email address does not match your company domain), they will lose access to your Roam and company group chats but can still use Roam with their external email.

How to Delete a Member

  1. Go to Settings > Roam Administration > Members.
  2. Find the member you want to delete and click Edit.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete to confirm.

How to Restore a Deleted Member

Simply re-add the member in Settings > Roam Administration > Members.
