Temporary meeting rooms

When all Meeting Rooms on a floor are occupied, a temporary “Room of Requirement” automatically appears at the bottom of the Floor Map. If that room becomes occupied, another one will appear, and so on. These temporary rooms ensure there’s always an available meeting room, and they disappear automatically when no longer needed.

Admins and Floor Editors can name temporary meeting rooms in Settings > Edit Map while they’re visible on the map.
