Email Magic Minutes to meeting participants
Magic Minutes can automatically email a meeting summary to participants after the meeting. The email includes an executive summary, assigned action items, and a link to the full transcript, keeping your clients and customers fully in the loop.
- Go to Settings > Roam Administration > Magic Minutes.
- Select Automatically Email Magic Minutes Summaries and choose who should receive the emails.
