On-Air channel

When an On-Air event is created, a dedicated channel is created automatically in AInbox. Hosts can use this channel to coordinate internally before, during, and after the event.

The event channel starts with the event creator and all event hosts. If additional hosts are added to the On-Air event, they will automatically be added as members of the channel. Additional Roam members can be manually added or removed from the channel as needed.

Note: Only Roam members added as hosts will be added to the channel. Non-member hosts added manually by name will not be added.

Automated Chat Messages

Roam will post automated messages in the channel when:

• A guest RSVPs, including providing an RSVP summary of all guest responses.
• A blast is sent.
• Automated event reminders are sent.
• The event is deleted.
