What should I do if music on the map stops working?

Roam offers a music on the map feature to automatically displays a music playback icon on your office.

Due to a bug in macOS, music detection may sometimes stop working. We have filed a bug report with Apple to attempt to have them resolve their issue in a future macOS software update.

As a workaround, to immediately resolve this issue, either:

• Restart your computer, or
• Open Activity Monitor, find appleeventsd, click Quit, and then select Force Quit.
