Add custom fields to a Lobby

Custom Fields let you collect the exact information you need from guests at booking time through your Roam Lobby page. You can customize discovery questions, dropdowns, multiple-choice options, or free-form answers to tailor the booking flow to your needs.

Adding Custom Fields

1. Click your Lobby in the top right of the Floor Map.
   • If your Floor Map doesn’t show a Lobby card on the right, click the Lobby button in the top toolbar.
2. Select the Lobby you wish to modify.
3. Click Custom Questions.
4. Click Add New Question.

Your custom fields can be marked as required or optional, and you can re-order them via drag-and-drop.
