Grant guest badges to external users so they can visit you in Roam when you’re available. Guests can be members of another Roam or entirely new to Roam. Adding guests is free, and you can invite as many as you like.
You can also grant a guest badge in Settings > Guest Badges > Guest Badges Granted.
If someone is visiting your Roam (or you are visiting theirs) and you want to give them a guest badge, click on their profile to open their interaction window, then click the Grant Guest Badge button.
View the guest badges that you have been granted in Settings > Guest Badges > Guest Badges Held.
When you grant someone a guest badge, your Roam appears in the “Roams You Can Visit” section of their Overworld. They can visit you when you’re in Roam and available (i.e., not in a meeting or in Do Not Disturb). and will arrive in Reception on your floor. Guests can knock on your office or anyone else who has granted them a guest badge. They cannot browse other floors on their own, but any member of your Roam can use “Invite to Me” to invite them to a meeting, including on another floor.
You can chat with your guest using AInbox, and they can message anyone on the floor they visit. Any member of your Roam can send them a direct message, and guests can also be added to Channels. Your guest’s AInbox shows their direct messages and only the Channels they’ve been added to.
