Grant and hold guest badges

Grant guest badges to external users so they can visit you in Roam when you’re available. Guests can be members of another Roam or entirely new to Roam. Adding guests is free, and you can invite as many as you like.

Grant a Guest Badge

1. Open AInbox.
2. Go to the Guests tab in the top-left navigation menu.
3. Click Add Guest.
4. Enter their email address.
5. Click Send Badge.

You can also grant a guest badge in Settings > Guest Badges > Guest Badges Granted.

If someone is visiting your Roam (or you are visiting theirs) and you want to give them a guest badge, click on their profile to open their interaction window, then click the Grant Guest Badge button.

Using Guest Badges

View the guest badges that you have been granted in Settings > Guest Badges > Guest Badges Held.

If you’ve been granted a guest badge for visitor access, your Overworld will display a “Roams You Can Visit” section. If someone is available, you can click to visit them in their Roam. You can also chat with them using AInbox and use the “Invite to Me” action to invite them to your Roam anytime.

Revoke a Guest Badge

1. Go to Settings > Guest Badges.
2. Click the three dots next to the person whose guest badge you want to revoke.
3. Click Revoke Guest Badge.
