Search chats & messages
Use AInbox search to move to a recent conversation, find a person or channel, or search message history.
Quickly Find a Conversation
- Open AInbox.
- Click the Search bar, or press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows or Linux.
- Select a recent chat or thread, or type the name of a person or channel.
Your recent chat history syncs across your Roam devices. A device icon identifies a conversation most recently opened on a different type of device.
Search Message History
- Type a word or phrase in the AInbox Search bar.
- Press Enter to search messages.
- Refine the results using filters such as sender, conversation, date, or content type.
