Auto-DND for Zoom

When you’re in your Private Office and join an external Zoom meeting, Roam automatically sets you to Do Not Disturb (DND) mode with a Zoom icon.

How Auto-DND for Zoom Works

Auto-DND for Zoom is enabled when all of the following conditions are met:

• You’re using the Roam Desktop app.
• You have granted Roam screen share permissions (Mac only).
• You’re in your Private Office.
• You’re using the Zoom Desktop app (Zoom phone calls are not supported).
• You’re not already in DND mode (Roam will only switch you to Zoom DND if your status is set to “Knock Required”).
• You’re using Zoom in English or Spanish (expanded language support coming soon).
