Use Roam with Neat hardware devices

Roam supports using Neat hardware products, such as Neat Board and Neat Bar, for use with Cloud Rooms. This enables companies in hybrid office environments to connect their physical conference rooms to Roam, allowing multiple Roam members to join meetings directly from a Neat Board or Neat Bar in their office.

Initial Configuration

Before setting up Roam on your Neat device, review how to use Roam in a physical conference room and follow the steps in the “Setting Up Cloud Rooms in Roam” section.

Setting up Roam with Neat Board or Neat Bar

1. Download the Roam app using Neat Pulse.

2. Launch the app and sign in with a Roam Administrator account.

3. Click the Account button in the top left, then click Settings in the top right corner of your profile badge, and select Cloud Room.

4. Select the Cloud Room you created to assign it to the device.

5. The calendar for the resource will be displayed on the side and you can click into a room on your floor map. Your conference room will now be shown as a participant in the meeting.
