Check Lobby availability across multiple calendars

Add conflict calendars to ensure your Lobby reflects all your commitments. When enabled, Roam checks each selected calendar and automatically blocks overlapping times, helping you avoid double bookings.

Add a Conflict Calendar

1. Click your Lobby in the top right of the Floor Map.
   • If your Floor Map doesn’t show a Lobby card on the right, click the Lobby button in the top toolbar.
2. Click the Settings icon in the top right.
3. Select the calendars you’d like Roam to check for conflicts.
