Be in Roam While You Work

Roam is the equivalent of being in the physical office, no matter where you are. When you start your workday, log in to Roam and be present. When you’re done for the day, leave the office.

Move All Meetings to Roam

Shift all meetings from Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams to Roam for a more cohesive experience.

Upload Your Profile Photo

If you did not set your profile photo during onboarding, click your circle on the Floor Map, then click Edit Profile, and click Edit Profile Photo to upload your profile picture.

Download the Desktop App

While Roam is available on the web for guests, the best experience for members is through the desktop app. When working away from your computer, use the Roam mobile app to join meetings, chat, and post stories.
