Customize your AInbox view

AInbox offers multiple views so you can tailor it to your workflow. The currently selected view appears in the top left of AInbox, next to a caret (⌄) icon. Click it to switch between views or use the associated keyboard shortcuts.

Primary Views

• AInbox View – Organizes your DMs, meetings, threads, chat groups, and folders into sections. You can fully customize this layout by creating folders and using drag-and-drop to reorder them.
• Activity View – Displays your DMs and group chats in a classic chronological ordering.

Navigating AInbox

Use the navigation menu at the top-left to switch between:

• AInbox and Activity views.
• Secondary views, including DMs, Groups, Threads, Meetings, Guests, and Bookmarks.

Your Magic Minutes meeting summarizations are in the Meetings view.
