When an On-Air event is created, a dedicated chat group is created automatically in AInbox. Hosts can use this chat group to coordinate internally before, during, and after the event.
The event chat group starts with the event creator and all event hosts. If additional hosts are added to the On-Air event, they will automatically be added as members of the chat group. Additional Roam members can be manually added or removed from the chat group as needed.
Note: Only Roam members added as hosts will be added to the chat group. Non-member hosts added manually by name will not be added.
