Manage chat notifications

Set notification preferences for an individual channel or DM directly from its chat header.

1. Open the channel or DM in AInbox.
2. Click the notification bell in the chat header.
   • For a channel, you can also click the channel name and open Notifications.
3. Choose whether to receive notifications for all messages, mentions and subscribed replies, or no messages.

You can also mute the conversation temporarily or forever, configure mobile notifications, or open your global Notification Settings.
