Indicate that someone is in a shared physical office

Roam supports Physical Offices, allowing teams to highlight and distinguish who is in predesignated physical locations.

Each Physical Office has an associated Office Tag, a short code up to three characters, displayed on the Floor Map for each person in that location.

Set Up Physical Offices

1. As a Roam admin, go to Settings > Roam Administration > Physical Offices > New Physical Office.
2. Enter the Office Name and Office Tag.
   • Consider using a city abbreviation or airport code as your Office Tag (e.g., NYC, LAX, or MIA).
3. Add one or more IP Address blocks associated with that physical office.
   • Use CIDR notation (e.g., 66.51.208.0/20) to represent a single IP address or a range of IP addresses.
4. Click Done.
