Keep your HubSpot records up to date with summaries from your sales meetings. When connected with Roam, Magic Minutes summaries can be automatically exported to HubSpot and attached to the relevant contacts, deals, and companies—ensuring your CRM always reflects the latest insights from your meetings.

How to Enable the HubSpot Integration

• A Roam Admin who is also a HubSpot Admin must first link your account in Settings > Roam Administration > Calendar & Integrations > HubSpot.
• Ensure that the correct HubSpot account is selected.
• Configure the integration as desired.

How to Automatically Export Magic Minutes to HubSpot

• Ensure the HubSpot integration is enabled in Settings > Roam Administration > Calendar & Integrations > HubSpot.
• Configure the integration to automatically sync meetings that include one or more Roam members—for example, your sales team.
• If any contacts in HubSpot match an external invitee on the event, Roam will create a HubSpot note associated with those contacts, as well as any associated deals or companies.

How to Manually Export Magic Minutes to HubSpot

• Ensure the HubSpot integration is enabled in Roam Administration.
• Open the meeting in AInbox.
• Click the download icon in the top right and select “Export Meeting to HubSpot.”
