Your Personal Links and Company Links as well as upcoming scheduled lobby bookings and Conflict Calendar settings now appear in the far left column.
Easy lobby setup and discoverability. Important settings like custom questions, meeting templates, email & SMS Reminders, availability, and meeting location are now listed as top level options in the lobby details.
Magicast Teleprompter. You can now add a script to Magicast, which will automatically scroll while you’re recording for polished video messages and walkthroughs. Teleprompter is also available live in Meeting Rooms and the Theater in Settings > Teleprompter.
Auto-lower hand when speaking can now be turned off for use cases where teams want to preserve the order during presentations or structured discussions.

Personal access tokens now send as their own bot identity, linked to yours. You can chat directly with your bot, and it shows up as its own conversation.
Each token gets its own bot persona. It uses the token name and you can upload an avatar in Settings > Developer > Personal Access Tokens.
Other people see your bot’s messages with a composite avatar (your photo + bot badge) and the name “YourName (via BotName)” so they know who’s behind it.
Your personal bot still has access to read all your chats and groups, no need to add it separately.
If you need the bot to send as you (not as the bot), grant it the new “Impersonate” permission and pass impersonate: true in the API call. Visit our developer site for more info.
Introducing an updated chat composer with a cleaner, simpler interface and easier access to key chat features.
Interactions on the map are now more streamlined: click an open seat to knock, click someone’s seat to start a chat if they’re away, or click their profile picture to invite or wave. You can also right-click or Control-click their profile picture to see all available interaction options.
Magic Minutes now works live in Private Offices and Team Rooms (in addition to Meeting Rooms and the Theater), so you can ask questions about the meeting while it’s happening.
Magicasts now include automatically generated chapters, so viewers can jump directly to the right part of any recorded video.
You can now edit a meeting title after it ends by clicking the title in the Recordings window.

Connect your individual or personal Outlook Calendar to Roam in Settings > Integrations. For company-managed Outlook accounts, a Microsoft 365 admin must first grant account-level permissions before individuals can connect.
Schedule and manage in-person events with On-Air. When creating an event, go to Settings and change the Event Type to In-Person Event. During the event, manually mark guests as attended from the On-Air guest list.

Roam has achieved a significant technical breakthrough in video conferencing: Effectively immediately, Roam now supports video conferencing meetings for up to 300 people.
Roam also adds an Active Speaker view to the Meeting Room, with the following layout options:
Active Speaker automatically pins the primary speaker.
Gallery displays a grid of equally sized videos.
Dynamic automatically switches between Active Speaker and Gallery based on the number of participants.
