You can now seamlessly switch devices, such as from a laptop to a phone or vice versa, without leaving your current meeting. On the device you’d like to switch to, go to the Overworld and click or tap “Switch” to continue the meeting on that device.
You can now configure Drop-in to work outside your available hours, allowing visitors to drop in anytime you’re alone in your private office and not in DND mode. Enable in Lobby Details > General > Drop-Ins Outside Available Hours.

You can now set any Lobby to automatically post a message in a selected Roam Chat Group whenever a meeting is booked, rescheduled, or canceled.
This brings real-time Lobby activity seamlessly into the AInbox, so your team can easily follow and manage booking updates.

Admins can now grant access to specific floors by user group, making it easier to run multiple organizations within a single Roam, or to support compliance and privacy requirements.
Floor access can be configured in Settings > Roam Administration > Floor Access.
When access is configured for a floor, admins and members within a user group with access will see the floor on the elevator mini map which will show a lock icon. The floor is hidden from guests and members without access.
Guests and other members can still join a meeting on the floor through a direct invitation or meeting link. However, they cannot move to other rooms on the floor and will no longer have access after they leave.
Meeting invitees added to a calendar event through Google Groups or Outlook Distribution Lists now appear in the invitee list as expected, with current support for up to 100 people per list.
To enable this update for Outlook 365, an admin must unlink and relink the integration.
