You might be fresh out of college, or maybe you’ve been grinding in hospitality, theme parks, or sales for a few years. You have a gift for reading people and situations. You can sense when someone’s genuinely interested versus just being polite. You adapt on the fly. Roam is seeking charismatic, high-energy individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and know how to connect with people. You might not have a traditional marketing background—maybe you worked in hospitality, played college sports, ran social media for local businesses, or organized events. You’re presentable and professional but also real. You have great instincts about people. You’re adaptable, trustworthy, and you get stuff done without being told twice.

Forward Deployed Storytellers at Roam own their city. You’ll represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events throughout Orlando. You’ll staff our booth and make every interaction count. You’ll deliver demos tailored to technical developers one minute and C-suite executives the next. You’ll qualify leads, gather market intelligence, coordinate logistics, and report back what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll build relationships with local venues, vendors, and industry contacts. You’ll figure out creative ways to generate buzz between events. You’ll do whatever it takes to make Roam the company everyone’s talking about in your market.

You learn fast and you hustle. You do anything and everything to make stuff happen.

You’d better be energized by talking to Founders, CTOs, and business leaders—because your time is going to fill up fast with conversations at trade shows and conferences across Orlando.
