Instantly start a Roam meeting directly from Slack.

Start Roam meetings instantly by using the /roam slash command from any Slack channel, private group, or direct message.

Roam is a Virtual HQ that brings distributed teams together, no matter where they are. Roam meetings provide superior video, audio, screen sharing, and whiteboard capabilities. You must have a Roam account to use this app.

Installing Roam for Slack:

  • Sign in to Roam using an admin account and go to Settings
  • Select the Slack tab and click “Add to Slack”
  • When prompted, allow Roam access to your Slack workspace. (Depending on your company’s Slack settings, you may need to request approval from your Slack Workspace Owners.)

You’re ready to start using Roam for Slack. Go to Slack and type /roam to start a Roam meeting.
