Schedule Roam meetings directly from Google Calendar™

Roam is an immersive platform that gives remote companies their own virtual HQ for their colleagues, guests, customers, and professional network. It’s an entire office building that you can customize for the specific composition of your company or team, consisting of individual offices, conference rooms, team rooms, theaters, and more. Roam freely within your Roam. Remote office buildings exist in a broader Roamverse, where users can visit other Roams as well.

You can now automatically add Roam Meetings to your Google Calendar™ invitation with one click. Just select Roam from the “Add video conferencing” dropdown.

When installed as an add-on in Google Workspace™, Roam Meetings does the following:

• When you create a new event in Google Calendar™, you have the option to add a Roam meeting to the event (or, if your workspace is configured to add videoconferencing automatically, a Roam meeting is added automatically if it’s the last conference solution you used).
• The add-on sends your event details to Roam, which creates a unique link for your meeting and records the name, time, and other details about your meeting. It then records this link in your Google event. The links created this way are also available to you in Roam Settings in the Links section.
• When you update your calendar, Roam checks to see if any events with Roam meetings have changed and, if they have, updates the links accordingly. The updates are reflected in Roam Settings in the Links section.

Roam Meeting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
