According to [Bloomberg](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-06-25/more-people-worked-from-home-in-2025-despite-rto-mandates), new data from the [U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics](https://www.bls.gov/news.release/archives/atus_06252026.htm) shows remote work rebounded in 2025 despite years of return-to-office mandates. Among full-time workers who worked on an average day, 34.9%—about 32.5 million people—did at least some of that work at home, up from 33.4% in 2024 and just below the 35.0% measured in 2023.
